First intentional attempt at clean eating
For the past three months or so, I’ve been trying to lose weight. So far I’ve managed about 15 pounds. I need to kick things up a little bit, so I’m trying to eat “clean” now.
I love sauteed squash, but it takes more work than I’m willing to put up with and it gets kind of messy, not to mention all the extra calories you get from the butter or olive oil. This had all of the flavor of the sauteed dish, but less work and mess.
There was too much pepper in this for my taste. Maybe cut it down to 1/4 tsp.
